Pilates Mat work

The structure of the lesson includes phases with feet and the floor, with and without tools. Standing takes care a little of work related to the stability and equilibrium; the floor work involves working on all fours, sitting, lying down or even sideways. To be able to perform the exercises you need to consider the basic principles of Pilates: concentration, control, center of gravity, fluidity of movement, precision and breathing. “The important thing is not what you are doing, but how you are doing it” said JH Pilates.
